New member of the Supervisory Board of VIEROL

We are pleased to announce that we welcome Dr Christian Friege (54) as a new member of the Supervisory Board at VIEROL AG. It is with great enthusiasm that we welcome a highly competent and technology-savvy manager to our ranks, who has many years of experience in the national and international sales of retail companies and is considered a proven expert in the field of digitalisation.

Dr Friege, who holds a doctorate in business administration, has worked successfully in various management positions at Bertelsmann in the past and most recently demonstrated his leadership skills as CEO of Lichtblick AG. Since 2017, he has also served as Chairman of the Board of Management of the Neumüller CEWE Color Foundation in Oldenburg. His broad expertise and many years of experience will undoubtedly be invaluable to our Supervisory Board.

The election of Dr. Friege as a new member of the Supervisory Board will enrich our Board of Management in many respects. We are convinced that his expertise and commitment will have a positive impact on our business strategy. We look forward to a successful cooperation and welcome Dr Friege to our team.
