Focus on the customer
The customer and his requirements are the daily focus of our work. Our colleagues* are specialised in country areas or product groups and know exactly which products are in demand on the market. We develop innovative repair solutions and digital support options. We are constantly expanding our comprehensive product know-how through targeted further training in our own training centre, the VIEROL Academy. Through our innovative product range and a high degree of solution-oriented thinking, we inspire our long-standing loyal business contacts and are constantly expanding our customer base.
Business IT and IT development
Our IT develops innovative solutions to digitalise our business processes in the best possible way. The further development of our shop systems and the design of new digital business models are among the exciting core tasks. In doing so, we work in an agile and project-oriented manner and rely on both proven standard applications and creative in-house developments.
Warehouse logistics
Our teams in the logistics centres in the industrial estate at the Oldenburg-Nord motorway junction in Rastede ensure deliveries to our customers. In addition to warehouse logistics specialists, we are also supported by career changers, working students and mini-jobbers who enjoy physical work.

Social Responsibility
Community and the environment are very important to us and to the company.
This is the only way that we will be able to continue to live with a healthy community and ecological system in the future.
As a committed partner in the Part Life Environmental Management System, we recycle properly and dispose of our vehicle parts products in an environmentally friendly way.
The modern power system in the new company headquarters saves us around 40,000 kg of CO2 on average in the new buildings each year compared to the characteristics of average new buildings.
We have also changed to ecological power production in our logistics centre and have chosen to use solar power and LED lights.
Supporting diverse potential is important to us. We support DIVERSITY for this reason and signed the German Diversity Charter in June 2016.
We are committed to social projects, support local associations and provide donations. We specifically focus on the Youth, Training and Sport sectors. All of our projects have one thing in common: they support growth and the local region.
