Ground-breaking ceremony at VIEROL on Karlstraße

With the active support of the Lord Mayor of Oldenburg, Mr. Krogmann, the Managing Director of Kuhlmann Bauunternehmen, Mr. Hillmer and our architect, Mr. Schmied, the official ground-breaking ceremony for the extension of our company headquarters took place on 1.10.2019!

We are excited to see how the construction phase will develop over the next 14 months and look forward to the new office space on an additional 3,500 m2 with 145 parking spaces, 62 of which will be in the underground car park.

In addition to classic offices, seminar rooms, meeting rooms and offices for project work will be created. The team of 110 commercial employees in the head office can thus be expanded to a number of up to 200 employees. In the course of the new building, VIEROLINO, a large day care centre with 10 care places, will also be provided with a larger number of rooms including a garden.

The laying of the foundation stone is planned for January 2020; the new building is expected to be ready for occupancy at the beginning of 2021. A further new building will start at the beginning of 2020 with the expansion of the logistics centre in Rastede, where a large warehouse with state-of-the-art technology will be built.
