Ihre Aufgaben:

• Sie leiten die Projekte und Prozesse unseres expandierenden Geschäftsbereiches in Frankreich und weiteren französischsprechenden Ländern und übernehmen die Verantwortung für Strategie und Budget
• Sie sind für die Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie und Wachstumsziele verantwortlich
• Sie koordinieren die Vertriebsprozesse im Vertriebsteam Frankreich und übernehmen die Mitarbeiterführung
• Sie verantworten den Aus- und Aufbau von langfristigen und strategischen Kundenbeziehungen und führen persönliche Gespräche sowie Verhandlungen mit Bestands- und potenziellen Neukunden
• Sie nehmen an internationalen Kundenterminen, Messen und Events teil
• Sie führen Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen durch und entwickeln in Zusammenarbeit mit der Unternehmensleitung die beste Strategie für das Marktumfeld

Your tasks

• You will manage the projects and processes of our expanding business unit in France and other French-speaking countries and take responsibility for strategy and budget
• You are responsible for the implementation of the sales strategy and growth targets
• You coordinate the sales processes in the sales team France and take over the management of employees
• You are responsible for developing and building long-term and strategic customer relationships and lead personal meetings and negotiations with existing and potential new customers
• You participate in international customer meetings, trade fairs and events
• You will analyze the market and the competition and develop the best strategy for the market environment together with the board of management

• Sie haben fundierte Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb im Independent Automotive Aftermarket
• Ein hohes Maß an Dynamik und Flexibilität sowie Ehrgeiz, zu den Besten zu gehören, zeichnen Sie aus. Zudem sind Sie durchsetzungs- und kommunikationsstark.
• Wir setzen fließende Französischkenntnisse, sichere Englischkenntnisse sowie internationale Reisebereitschaft voraus
• Sie arbeiten strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert und sind sicher im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen
• Vorzugsweise befindet sich Ihr Wohnort in Frankreich

Your profile

• You have sound professional experience in sales in the Independent Automotive Aftermarket
• You are dynamic, flexibile and have a strong ambition to be among the best. In addition, you have very good communication skills.
• We require a fluent knowledge of French, good English skills and willingness to travel internationally
• You work in a structured and results-oriented manner and you can work with the MS Office programs
• Preferably your place of residence is in France
