VIEROL AG convinced the members of the jury with their integrated concept to ensure a good work/life balance, consisting of the large “VIEROLINO” childcare centre, flexible models of work, family involvement, the opportunity for part-time leadership positions, summer holiday childcare on the company premises, and inclusion of family friendliness in the company philosophy.
“We are very happy with this wonderful award. Our aim is to support our employees. We therefore offer numerous possibilities for an advantageous work/life balance”, explains Mirja Viertelhaus-Koschig, Deputy Chairwoman of VIEROL AG. “Despite this, we never stop moving forward – we already have many ideas and measures that we would like to implement in the next year.”
