More people than ever before are getting involved at VIEROL, creating value, taking on challenges, implementing ideas, enabling projects and celebrating shared successes. None of this would have been possible without the enthusiasm and commitment of our team – without open discussions, the courage to try new things and the confidence to break new ground.
This commitment begins as early as the training stage: the Oldenburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce has once again confirmed the high quality of our training with its TOP TRAINING seal of quality. The successful recertification strengthens our position as an attractive training company in the region. It shows that our training concept is in tune with the times and offers young talents optimal conditions for their personal and professional development.
VIEROL Shanghai Co., Ltd. celebrated its 20th anniversary internationally – a significant milestone for our global presence. In Oldenburg, VIEROL added another architectural highlight with the KARLS BUSINESS LOUNGE. Covering more than 1,000 m², a state-of-the-art event space with an exclusive ambience and innovative room and lighting concept was created – an ideal place to celebrate successes with employees and customers.
Taking responsibility – regionally and globally
At VIEROL, success and responsibility are inextricably linked. That is why it has become a tradition for us to actively embrace social responsibility during the Christmas season. This year, our Christmas donation once again supported charitable organisations that work tirelessly every day for the benefit of others. At the Oldenburg State Tournament, we raised €9,630 for the Elisabeth Children’s Hospital. The 3×3 basketball tournament, organised in collaboration with Baskets4Life, promoted team spirit and young talent. Speaking of team spirit: as part of a large-scale tree-planting campaign, our staff planted a total of 10,000 trees – a significant contribution to restoring healthy forests and protecting our climate. Each tree symbolises our commitment to combating climate change.
Partnerships & innovations – new impetus for mobility
The year 2025 was marked by innovation, growth and the power of strong partnerships. Particularly noteworthy is the new cooperation with the Motorworld Group. From January 2026, VIEROL will be an official Global Preferred Partner. This partnership will not only bring the VAICO DTM GT3 Porsche to Mallorca, but also enable numerous community events at Motorworld locations – a clear commitment to mobility and the automotive industry. In August, the partnership with Motoo eG was launched with the aim of strengthening the independent workshop community in the long term. Another highlight was the introduction of the digital EXPERT KIT FINDER, which makes it much easier for workshops to identify repair kits and thus significantly advances digitalisation in the aftermarket.
VIEROL was once again an official partner of the DTM in 2025. The VAICO and VEMO brands made a strong showing on the race track and presented exciting activities such as the popular tyre change challenge. Our commitment to motorsport remains a central component of our brand strategy, underscored by our support for young talents such as Dennis Fetzer and Hugo Schwarze.
