New Chairman of the Supervisory Board of VIEROL AG elected

The Supervisory Board was newly elected at the Annual General Meeting of VIEROL AG on 26 May 2025. After ten years of dedicated service, including six years as Chairman of the Board, Mr Martin Grapentin stepped down from the Supervisory Board in accordance with the Articles of Association. The shareholders of VIEROL AG would like to sincerely thank Mr Grapentin for his many years of responsible and forward-looking work.

With his profound expertise, his foresight and his calm, confident manner, Mr Grapentin played a key role in the strategic development of VIEROL AG during a dynamic growth phase and played a decisive role in shaping it. We wish him all the best for the future as well as health and success in all his future endeavours.

Mr Göksel Güner was elected as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Mr Güner has been a member of the Board since 2008 and has many years of international management experience. As COO of Komatsu Europe International N.V., the European headquarters of the Japanese Komatsu Group, he has held a leading position for many years.
