Construction of the VIEROL Academy has started

VIEROL AG has started with a construction project at the Oldenburg North Interchange this year. With the VIEROL Academy, the Oldenburg-based automotive supplier plans to construct a training and presentation centre that is located right next to the existing logistics centre in Rastede.

An exhibition space with an espresso bar, a demonstration workshop with a lifting platform, and two office and warehouse rooms will be developed on an area of around 415 square metres.

The VIEROL Academy demonstration workshop, equipped with extensive technical equipment, is intended for the presentation of company-internal product developments. At the same time, technical training sessions led by high-qualified mechatronics engineers will be provided for VIEROL AG product and sales managers. It will also be possible to create detailed training videos in the demonstration workshop that can be used by national and international clients via an online E-learning platform.

With the VIEROL Academy, VIEROL AG is strengthening the training and further education provision for their employees to meet the continuously increasing requirements in the global labour market, and to react to the growing requirements in terms of online marketing in the automotive sector. The building is expected to be ready in Spring 2018.
