Change of leadership in the VIEROL Supervisory Board

On 1 January 2018, Dr Rolf Hollander, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Neumüller CEWE Color Stiftung, a foundation in Oldenburg, will take over the Chair of the Supervisory Board of VIEROL AG. Previously the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, he was unanimously appointed in the Supervisory Board Meeting on 8 December 2017. Mr Jürgen R. Viertelhaus, who founded the company 41 years ago, left the Supervisory Board in accordance with the statute on 31 December 2017, at the age of 75. Mr Martin Grapentin, Present of the Board at the Oldenburg Landessparkasse, a state savings bank, was appointed as the new Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

The VIEROL AG Supervisory Board, with Ms Mirja Viertelhaus-Koschig as Chairwoman and Mr Ulf Koschig (Sales and Marketing) and Mr Jürgen Kiese (Logistics and IT) are looking forward to continued excellent and successful cooperation with the Supervisory Board.

Mr Jürgen R. Viertelhaus smoothly passed on the baton to the next generation of the family on 1 January 2016. Leaving the Supervisory Board represents a successful conclusion to his impressive management on an international scale.

Prof Dr Wolfgang Nebel, President of the Board of OFFIS e.V. in Oldenburg, and Mr Göksel Güner, Chairman of the Management Board of Komatsu Deutschland GmbH in Hanover, have been active as additional members of the Supervisory Board for many years.
